WARRANTIES ON VISION X LIGHTING
To whom it may concern
I can hereby confirm the warranty period and terms for the following brands:
- VisionX
- 5 Year Warranty based on manufacturer’s defects on the premium range and a 1 year warranty on the VL Series lights..
- Warranty is for first buyer only and is not transferrable
- Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and is valid from the original date of purchase.
- Improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect and normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty. Including:
- Opening light.
- Cutting connector of cord.
- Damage due to physical abuse.
- Warranty does not cover consumables such as broken glass due to improper handling.
- Lighting must be installed by a qualified technician.
- Every effort will be made to satisfy all warranties within 72hours.
